Giving it all

I've been reading this book "What Happens when Women say Yes to God  by Lysa Terkeurst

I have a few of her books, and she has become one of my favorite writers to read books on as well as Joyce Meyer, just so interesting to see Woman's experience in their walk with God and how its not always easy, but always fulfilling.  This book is a great book, Mother, Wife, to know more about yourself and what God wants from you.  You might say wow I'm already giving my life to Him, but its sacrificing those things that we think we have in order, those things that he wants to see if we are willing to give up.
Its a compassion book, to not just live on Sympathy like we tell the teens on bible study but live out of Empathy.  Make a difference in someone's life.

Abraham was willing to give God the biggest thing he always wanted, what he yearned for the most. Hannah, gave to God as well the one thing she cried for the most, but knowing that in God's hands, she had Victory and that He is a God that answers all prayers.

I read this today " God wants to know if we're willing to give up what we love to HIm who loves us more.  He desires for us to open our fists and trust HIm with absolutely everything"

I know I tell God all the time I give you my life, but now the test comes and I really willing to give up everything! This book is a must read ladies, you will love it!
IT will definitely shake us to come out of our comfort zone, I guarantee it!

have a great week everyone!

First love

Revelation 2:2-5
2 I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false. 3 You have persevered and have endured hardships for my name, and have not grown weary.4 Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken the love you had at first. 5 Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.

As teens we tend to get so caught up event at school, sports, family,
and friends that we get caught up with the world.
These verses remind us that God sees that we work hard and that we stand strong for Him,
but yet we have lost our first love who is God
Maybe this message isn't for you and you haven't left your first love but I myself am guilty of this
and there's nothing worse than the feeling of guilt that we have left our first love.
I had this thing in my heart to write this so I did :)....
LETS FALL IN LOVE WITH GOD AGAIN ♥

Unconditional Love

Mother’s Day is the day to share with women who guide us or have guided us through the this journey of life.
It is a day we cherish, because we get to reflect and consider our mother or a mother figure.
It’s a time to come together and live in the moment. Don’t worry about tomorrow or yesterday. Just be thankful for today.

Time with family and friends is precious. As mothers we show unconditional love without limits.
We nurture, plant, water, counsel and give our children time and room to grow.
But we are always standing by when we are needed.
We do need of God to guide us and counsel us in all our ways and sometimes we need to wait for his answer. We are not perfect and we need Jesus.

We hope as mother’s to pass on our faith, and teach them to live a life of excellence. As mothers we can also plant the seeds of confidence, character and courage to conquer life challenges. We play a very important part of our children’s life’s. We can influence and provide opportunities that help shape the mind an views of our future generations. Motherhood is a lifelong journey that is filled with patience and faith. We are pillars of strength and support. We support our children’s dreams, we are advocates, counselors, cheerleaders, confidants, prayer partners, nurses, cooks and comforters. Mothers lets seek to provide a great example. It is for these reason, and more, that we should celebrate mothers every day.

Love is patient; love is kind. Love is not jealous; is not proud; is not conceited; does not act foolishly; is not selfish; is not easily provoked to anger; keeps no record of wrongs; takes no pleasure in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth; love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.
~I Corinthians 13:4-7

You are loved Godly Woman!!

never late

Good Morning everyone, today a day after Mother's Day I wanted to share with you a special message with you.  First I hope that your Mother's day weekend was a blessing, I know that this day was special because your kiddos gave you so cute little gifts and special recognition.

Well as a mother of teens, I do miss those little gifts that you receive once in a while. If I knew years ago how times would change now as teenagers I would save more of their work hehe.
What I wanted to share with you is the not so bright moments as a mother. We all have gone through it or will go through it, I can assure you that!
Moments when those tears that only God knows what you go through as a mother, those hard moments, that you question are you doing the right choices, are you a fit mother, are you bringing up your kids correctly.
Well that was me this past couple of weeks.  I have had struggle through struggle lately, not sure why, but God does know and his purpose.  I've been an emotional roller coaster, always trusting My God but still hurting inside because of choices I have done as a Mother, and every mother of teen I think can relate to me, that its not easy.  Their choices at times makes us question ourselves at times, blaming ourselves for their decisions and it hurts.
Now I understand the crying of a mother, the tears for her children, the pain she goes through because of them.

My prayers have been this week to Lord give me the strength and wisdom to make the right choices.  To always protect them as they are in their teen years.  And yesterday to my surprise what my son did for me, brought so much tears, but tears of Joy.  A Special recognition he did for me at church.  No one will ever know what those words mean to me, it what God confirming something special to me.  Only God knows the struggles we have had, and it was amazing!
Plus, they gave me this special bouquet for Mother's day.

For my word for you today, Keep always trusting our Lord.  Struggles will always come, but his Promises will always be there for us, for what he has promised it will be done!
Our family is covered by him, at all times and he gives us the strength!

God always at the right moment speaks to our heart, just when we needed it the most!
Keep up the faith, and never stop praying for your kiddos, which I know you will never stop doing ;)

You are wonderful, beautiful Mother, and may God continue blessing you and your children!

blessings, Carol

Bendiciones,

Alejandra
